What is PathYatra?
PathYatra is a complete bus management platform for owners, conductors and drivers — covering fleet, routes, bookings, trips, staff, earnings and reports in one connected system.

Bus owners and fleet operators of any size, along with their conductors and drivers, each with their own role-based app.
Is PathYatra for individual bus owners?
Yes. Whether you run one bus or a large fleet, PathYatra scales to your operation.

What apps are included?
Three apps — Owner / Partner, Conductor and Driver — all connected on the same platform.
Can I manage multiple buses?
Yes. Add and manage as many buses, routes and schedules as your business needs.
Can I manage drivers and conductors?
Yes. Invite staff, assign them to buses, and track their trips and collections from your dashboard.
Can I track trips live?
Yes. When a trip is active you can see the driver, conductor, next stop and ETA in real time.
Pricing & commission
How much does PathYatra cost?
The subscription is ₹590 per bus per month, inclusive of all taxes — nothing is added on top. New operators get their first month free on their first bus.
What is the booking commission?
Cash bookings carry a 5% commission. Online bookings are normally 5%, but PathYatra subsidises 3% — so you pay just 2%. Commission is separate from the monthly subscription.
Is commission part of the subscription?
No. Subscription is charged per bus per month; commission applies only on bookings.
How do you collect commission on cash bookings?
We never handle your cash, so commission on cash bookings is deducted from the online money we are already holding for the same trip. If a trip is mostly cash and there isn't enough online money to cover it, the balance carries to your next trip settlement — and if it is still open on your subscription due date, it is added to that invoice. We will not ask you to hand over cash, and every deduction is itemised in your app.
When do I get my money?
As soon as a trip is marked complete. Settlement is per trip, not a weekly cycle, and we do not hold funds longer than 2 days.

How can I become a PathYatra partner?
Submit your details on the Become a Partner page. Our team verifies your business and helps you add your buses and routes.
What do new operators get?
First month free on your first bus, for new operators — the subscription on your first bus is free for one month, so you can set everything up and try it before paying. Booking commission still applies on bookings during that month.
